    This role allows you to work remotely.

    Position: Programmer specializing in Zoho One and Zapier Integration

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute Zoho One and Zapier connections for improved workflow efficiency.
    • Personalize Zoho One apps to align with specific business needs.
    • Engage with diverse teams to grasp integration requirements and propose effective resolutions.
    • Plan and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to simplify data transfer across platforms.
    • Resolve integration challenges promptly to ensure smooth operation.
    • Keep abreast of Zoho One and Zapier updates to optimize integration solutions.
    • Offer tech support and guidance to team members on Zoho One and Zapier integration best practices.
    • Analyze datasets to develop AI models for upcoming company projects.
    • Document integration procedures, setups, and workflows for future reference and training.
    • Conduct regular integration audits to ensure adherence to security and data protection protocols.
    • Seek ways to optimize existing Zoho One and Zapier connections for improved efficiency and scalability.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Zoho One apps like CRM, Desk, Books, Recruit, Billing, etc.
    • Thorough knowledge of Zapier and experience in crafting intricate automated processes.
    • Proficient in APIs and webhooks to facilitate seamless data transfer between Zoho One and external systems.
    • Able to design and execute tailor-made solutions using Zoho Deluge scripting language.
    • Familiar with database management tools like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
    • Experience in resolving integration issues and debugging code.
    • Familiar with prominent AI frameworks and libraries
    • Strong at problem-solving and proficient in overcoming integration obstacles effectively.
    • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with different teams and gather integration needs.
    • Attention to detail and ensuring data integrity and security in connections.
    • Keen on continuous learning to stay informed about the newest features and techniques in Zoho One and Zapier integration technologies.
