- Certification in Zoho applications, such as Zoho Certified Developer, Zoho Certified Consultant, or Zoho Certified Administrator, would be highly desirable.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, algorithms, and technologies, with a focus on Zoho's AI platform, Zia.
- Experience with AI-driven features such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation scripts within Zoho applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in Zoho development, such as Deluge Script for Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM API.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs for integrating and customizing Zoho applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and develop effective solutions using Zoho Zia and other Zoho tools.
