Responsibilities:

  • Contacting logistics service providers to clarify issues and find solutions
  • Handling claims for transport losses and damages
  • Reporting and analyzing cases to determine causes
  • Processing transactions in SAP to resolve cases
  • Implementing continuous improvement measures to prevent similar cases in the future
  • Updating daily reports and analyses as needed

Profile:

  • For a start with our client, you should have completed a commercial education, preferably in the logistics field.
  • You should also have experience with SAP MM, preferably S/4HANA.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with creating evaluations.

Other:

  • Depending on your previous experience, you will receive an hourly wage starting at 21€.
  • You will mainly work remotely in this position.
  • With good performance, there is also the opportunity for permanent employment with our client.
