Your responsibilities:

Close collaboration with management on personnel and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle, to improve working relationships, increase morale, and enhance productivity and employee retention
Advising managers on personnel selection processes and supporting them in their leadership role, as well as serving as a point of contact for the works council and external service providers
Taking a leading role in recruiting, onboarding processes, and supporting annual salary reviews
Analyzing market trends, best practices, HR solutions, and guidelines, and initiating appropriate HR solutions
Identifying and evaluating training needs and programs for employees
Overseeing the annual employee survey and achieving set goals
Participating in talent and succession management (including managing and preparing talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes in Talentsoft)

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable education
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
Fluent in German and English
