Main Responsibilities
- Leading the team in the area sales department
- Achieving annual sales targets within the assigned territory and customers
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base across all product groups and segments
- Monitoring industryspecific conditions and trends in the targeted industry segments
- Observing and reporting on market conditions that may impact budget planning and strategic direction of customers
- Managing sales based on defined KPIs
- Acquiring products (and services) and positioning them against competitors
Qualifications/Requirements
- Completed (technical) university degree or equivalent qualification with technical and business knowledge
- Several years of experience as a sales manager in a similar industry preferred
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Commitment and persuasiveness
- Knowledge of the hydraulic industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel (worldwide)
