The association community of Bad Kreuznach consists of 13 local communities with approximately 13,000 inhabitants. The association administration is centrally located in Bad Kreuznach in the district of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg. The team of the association administration consists of approximately 75 employees divided into four departments.

The association administration of Bad Kreuznach is looking for

a deputy department head (m/f/d)

for our finance department

The tasks include, among others, the following areas of responsibility:

Preparation of budget statutes and budget plans, development of planning principles for the local communities
Preparation of annual accounts / financial statements
Financial resource controlling, reporting obligations
Statistics (annual account statistics, financial assets, etc.)
Preparation of decision templates for the local communities and the management
Processing of grant matters for the association community of Bad Kreuznach
Representation of the department head

We expect:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in administration or law or a comparable successfully completed administrative training
Indepth knowledge of general administrative law, municipal budget law, and municipal law
Performanceoriented work with a high level of commitment
