Your tasks:


  • Participation in the further development/optimization of shipping and customs processes
  • Independent handling of customs orders (export and import)
  • Preparation and provision of delivery and accompanying documents
  • Commercial processing of deliveries
  • Management of transport logistics and communication with freight forwarders and parcel services
  • Communication with authorities, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, such as wholesale and foreign trade merchant, freight forwarding and logistics services merchant, office clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • Further training in customs and foreign trade law is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in foreign trade and customs
  • Good knowledge of PPS/ERP systems, preferably ab
