We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales employee (m/f/d) in Schwäbisch Hall, Deshler, NE as a working student or part-time employee (approx.

10 hours/week) for our B2B (business customers) team.


Your new challenge

  • Management of our inbound marketing channels
  • Telephone consultation and online demos for potential customers (business customers)
  • Forwarding of product information
  • Support of potential customers throughout the entire sales process
  • Use of CRM and digital tools

What you bring

  • Enjoyment of sales and interacting with people
  • Experience in sales, ideally B2B and HR experience
  • Open, highly communicative, and organized personality
  • High willingness to learn
  • Ability to convince through empathetic, articulate, and confident communication
  • Ideally experience as a leader or with sales targets
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom/Teams, CRM, etc.
  • Independent, conscientious, and confident work style
