    Description

    ITC Infotech is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the USA team.

    Location: Seattle, WA, – This role would require you to be on premises 2-3 days a week.

    What you'll do:

    • You'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and departments.
    • You'll develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
    • You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure clarity of objectives and priorities.
    • You'll establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
    • You'll identify dependencies and critical paths within the program and proactively mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
    • You'll monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
    • You'll provide leadership and mentorship to program team members, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
    • You'll collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with overall business strategy and priorities.

    Must Haves:

    • 13+ years of experience in project management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • Planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and departments.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
    • Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
    • Should have good written and documentation skills for documenting the solution design with focus on data integration and analytics.
