    This includes specialized response teams equipped to handle emergencies such as grain bin entrapments, silo collapses, and other agricultural-related incidents.

    General Summary:
    The Territory Accounts Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of acquiring new customers and revenue streams.

    This role focuses on advocating our bin cleaning and product transfer services to agriculture customers in a financially prudent manner.

    The ideal candidate embodies a tenacious and dedicated approach, leveraging creativity, enthusiasm, and unwavering determination to expand and finalize new business ventures.


    Dues and Responsibilities:

    • Execute a high-velocity market entry strategy, rapidly establishing impactful relationships, breaking through entry barriers, and identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
    • Proficiently deliver a targeted elevator pitch with a primary emphasis on planned maintenance services over emergency interventions.
    • Cultivate robust relationships through effective communication with prospects, customers, and influential decision-makers overseeing expenditures.
    • Strategize and plan for project and revenue expansion while ensuring adherence to customer service standards, driving profitability, and managing expenses.
    • Serve as an advocate and adept problem-solver, consistently prioritizing the best interests of customers and prospects.
    • Collaborate on developing solutions for customers and prospects facing equipment or storage challenges.
    • Identify market trends and customer demands while evaluating competitive pressures.
    • Asservely fill and nurture the sales opportunity pipeline.
    • Successfully clear comprehensive background checks for access to company and customer premises.
    • Perform additional incidental dues as required.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Educational Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.

    Required Certfication/Licensure:
    None.


    Experience Requirements:

    • Five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proven track record in account management and establishing relationships with key decision-makers responsible for expenditures.
    • Familiarity with the agriculture industry is highly advantageous.

    Required Knowledge/ Skills:

    • Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling and building relationships with prospects.
    • Exhibit creative and entrepreneurial acumen in the pursuit of sustained growth.
    • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations resulting in new business closures.
    • Strong capacity to assimilate technical information and articulate our storage cleaning and product transfer processes.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adeptness in multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to prospecting.
    • Confidence in decision-making and analytical abilities.
    • Problem-solving attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge and comfort with conceptual and strategic selling methodologies.
    • Proficiency in influencing and negotiating rates and arrangements.
    • Confidence in executing tactical initiatives while aligning with strategic plans.
    • Coachability and the ability to contribute effectively to a high-performing team.
    • Eagerness to play a pivotal role in a high-performing team, advancing the company's growth strategy.

    Physical and Environmental Demands:

    • Capable of lifting/carrying materials up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to operate in a home office environment.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in written communication for proposals and email correspondence, as well as polished verbal skills in face-to-face and telephone interactions.

    Travel:

    • Able to travel up to 70% of the me.
    • Travel primarily by car for extended duration within Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

    Working Conditions:
    Combination of indoor and outdoor inclement working environments.
    Some exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, and humidity.

    Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, elevated or precarious locations, electrical hazards, vibrations, airborne particles, chemicals, explosives, and radiation risks.

    Typically, a quiet work environment (except during on-site crew activities).
    Interaction with operating leaders, corporate office personnel, sales team members, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and rental companies.
