    What Pet Palace's Job Expectations Are -

    Customer Care Specialists

    This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide superior customer service in all situations

    Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email and in-person

    Create and manage customer reservations

    Provide facility tours to interested customers

    Maintain accurate files and records

    Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / -out

    General upkeep and cleaning of facility in-line with our high standards

    Other duties as assigned

    Job Specifications/Qualifications

    Energetic, caring and passionate about animals

    Desire to work in a fast-pace environment; ability to multi-task

    Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors on a daily basis

    Able to clean pet accommodations / facility to maintain our high standards

    Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

    Ability to stand up to 8 hours

    Operate basic computer software

    Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
