Crisp Power INC / Dream Pretzels LLC - we are a fast-growing company in the Healthy Savory Snacks Category within the Food Manufacturing sector. We're seeking a skilled QuickBooks Finance & Operation Coordinator to manage a broad spectrum of financial and operational duties.
**Responsibilities: **
• Receiving orders and acknowledge them.
• Processing orders with the warehouse through EDI or other methods (list of PO's).
• Confirming that orders are shipped/picked up on time.
• Processing invoices to customers and collecting payments.
• Handling all QuickBooks tasks and sending reports as needed.
• Reconciliation and handling chargebacks/deductions.
• Generating reports of P&L/ balance sheets/intercompany accounts on monthly basis.
• Posting journal vouchers.
• Handling bank account transactions.
• Filling paperwork for vendor and item setup.
• Managing daily US office needs.
• Checking invoices (Accounts payable) and preparing payments to suppliers.
• Tracking and execution commission calculations for brokers.
• Handling Amazon activities.
**Requirements: **
Experience in financial management and operations in Consumer goods
Proficiency in QuickBooks and EDI systems.
Strong organizational logistics and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
