Role and Responsibilities

Monitors and investigates all customer OSD claims.
Research all customer deductions as submitted by finance, obtaining proper information for claims.
Providing cross functional support to other teams within the company and directly to the inventory control manager.
Generating call tags for customer returns.
Requesting RA(s), internally and Qualanex.
Providing monthly report to CEO, senior management and other teams.
Attend weekly OPS call via Teams.
Weekly call with manager.
Analyze claims and look for potential patterns/issues.
Submit and reconcile OSD claims with 3rd party warehouse: Eversana

Customer Facing will intake complaints from customers on missing or damaged merchandise then track the orders through SAP and warehouse to locate the missing merchandise.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
