Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for picking product, managing inventory levels, coordinating with co-workers and ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

• Running Kardex Remstar Inventory Lifts
• Picking product for orders.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Develop and maintain effective inventory control processes and procedures
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations, purchasing, and logistics to optimize inventory management
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory movements
• Operate forklift or other equipment as needed for inventory handling

Requirements:


-Strong Teamwork Skills.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in inventory management or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
