    Customer Service Representative Job Posting

    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated candidate to join an established client's team as a Customer Service Representative in Columbia, MD. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and the pay is between $19/hour and $21/hour based upon experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction:
      • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
      • Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs effectively.
    • Order Processing:
      • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
      • Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
      • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
    • Issue Resolution:
      • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
      • Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
      • Ensure follow-up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Develop a strong understanding of our construction products and services.
      • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

    • Qualifications:

      Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
      • At least 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.

      Skills and Attributes:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
      • Organized with attention to detail.
      • Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
      • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.

      Additional Requirements:

      • Knowledge of construction industry products and terminology is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
