We are seeking an entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team atBannockburn Marketing.

Entry Level Automotive Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive key and entry system issues
- Program, cut, sell, and duplicate car keys and remotes for various vehicle makes and models
- Troubleshoot and address keyrelated problems efficiently
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
- Stay updated with the latest automotive key technology and software
- Maintain an organized inventory of key blanks, equipment, and tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling keyrelated inquiries
- Close sales effectively and in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Learn and assist with daytoday operations and management of the service department
- Assist in entrylevel staff training and development in key programming, cutting, sales, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure efficient stock management
- Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications for our next entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
- Additional automotive technician education is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with people in a customer service or sales environment is desired
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for cars
- Basic entrylevel mechanical and technical knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional problemsolving and communication skills are a must
- Customer serviceoriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license

Pay:
$ $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
