We are seeking an entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at
Bannockburn Marketing.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, sales, customer service, and managerial development to kick-start your career in the automotive industry.


Entry Level Automotive Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair automotive key and entry system issues
  • Program, cut, sell, and duplicate car keys and remotes for various vehicle makes and models
  • Troubleshoot and address keyrelated problems efficiently
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive key technology and software
  • Maintain an organized inventory of key blanks, equipment, and tools
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling keyrelated inquiries
  • Close sales effectively and in accordance with compliance guidelines
  • Learn and assist with daytoday operations and management of the service department
  • Assist in entrylevel staff training and development in key programming, cutting, sales, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure efficient stock management
  • Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications for our next entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
  • Additional automotive technician education is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with people in a customer service or sales environment is desired
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for cars
  • Basic entrylevel mechanical and technical knowledge is a plus
  • Exceptional problemsolving and communication skills are a must
  • Customer serviceoriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role
  • Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license

$ $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
