Job Description Summary:
The International Customer Service Representative will report to the Logistics and Customer Service Manager.
This role will focus on delivering top-of-the-line customer support to Certis Biologicals' international customers as well as domestic customers as availability permit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for new customer orders, inquiries, and order status updates.
- Enter new orders into the ERP system.
- Ensure proper workflow of new orders: from order entry through delivery.
- Arranging/coordinating/tracking shipments with freight forwarders/shipping agents/distribution centers. First point of communication with customers for their shipment status.
- Generate Shipping and Commercial order documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly detailoriented position with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to anticipate and analyze problems, document issues, and recommend solutions.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM/ERP Order management systems.
- International shipping exposure and experience in supporting Airfreight and Ocean Container shipping
- Shipping documentation generation
- Communicating directly with customers
- ERP system experience

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- At least 2 years of experience in export logistics and international business environment.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$48, $75,000.00 per year
