    Description

    At least five years in solar and/or energy storage commercial industry required.

    • Helioscope, PVSyst, Energy Toolbase, CAD, PVWatts, NREL System Advisor Model, shade calculations, soiling calculations, snow soiling calculations, battery storage modeling platforms required.
    • Working knowledge of estimating preliminary budgets for Solar and Energy Storage projects
    • Maintain good understanding of pertinent building and energy codes including National Electric Code, International Fire Code, International Building Code.
    • Understanding of Energy Services Performance Contracting required.
    • Background in Solar, Battery Energy Storage, or SCADA strongly preferred.
    • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or relevant field experience required.

    Project Management:

    • Lead and support project development efforts for solar and battery storage projects.
    • Manage third-party engineer of records (EOR) drawing sets related to solar, battery storage, and SCADA designs
    • Develop strategies, goals and objectives specific to project execution
    • Prepare project risk reviews, project pricing workbooks, and energy calculations
    • Demonstrate proficiency in writing, reviewing, and editing technical documentation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned
