- Development of test programs, fixtures and implementation of test methods for the Production Test Department to ensure proper functionality before the product is used.
- Development of In-circuit test, Flying Probe Test, Boundary Scan Test and/or Functional Test.
- Supporting all areas as required.
- Continuous improvement and ensure test operational excellence of all test methods and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be working to obtain degree from a university or technical school in engineering, precision machining, robotics, electronics/electrical systems, manufacturing, business or related discipline.
- Commitment to gain experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills driven by attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated and self-managed

Basic Purpose of Position: Work with test engineering group on development of test programs and fixtures. Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve test methods and equipment and decrease manufacturing costs.
Primary or Major Responsibilities:
