Hardware Engineer (Manufacturing)

Up to €100,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)

Located in the heart of the engineering hub of South West Germany, our international client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Hardware Engineer with a focus on Manufacturing/Process Engineering.

As a leading technology company in the semiconductor industry, our client is seeking a talented Hardware Engineer to join their team and drive the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on new product introduction (NPI) within the Operations Business Unit, ensuring high standards in the outsourced manufacturing environment
  • Directly contribute to the design of new products in the field of hardware (ASIC, PCBAs, Power Electronics)
  • Manage the operations phases of the product development lifecycle (NPI, Production, Roll Out, etc.)
  • Communicate with internal and external manufacturers
  • Contribute to manufacturing optimization, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
  • Interpret data, conduct product qualification, and perform testing

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering,
