We are the creators of the European Outdoor Film Tour (EOFT) and the International Ocean Film Tour, and in addition to these two in-house productions, we are also licensees of the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival and the Reel Rock Film Tour.

As an event and communication agency, we specialize in the conception, organization, and marketing of film tours in the areas of outdoor, sports, nature, and adventure - and we have been doing so for 21 years.

In total, we host nearly 1000 film tour events throughout Europe each year. In addition, we operate our own ticket platform "Outdoor Ticket" and streaming portal "Outdoor Cinema". Our team consists of 46 employees and is supplemented by five "On the Road" teams with around 200 people.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the financial aspects of company management, including finance, accounting, taxes, and controlling

Specifically:

  • Acting as a liaison between management and department heads to ensure company goals, budget planning, and project progress are met
  • Independently preparing and creating presentations, analyses, statistics, and reports as decisionmaking tools for management
  • Preparing and following up on meetings, committee meetings, and other formats
  • Monitoring contract management/licenses/brands

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Proficient in planning, budgeting processes, and data analysis
