Our DRK District Association Schwäbisch Hall - Crailsheim e.
V.

has a total of around 200 full-time and 500 volunteer employees and is the largest provider of emergency services at six emergency and rescue stations in the district of Schwäbisch Hall.

In addition, we, together with the district, operate the Integrated Control Center Schwäbisch Hall.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Training for Emergency Services as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Strategic and organizational management of training for emergency services and the associated practical instructors
Ensuring and further developing training structures
Administration of the paramedic training in our DRK emergency services
Responsibility for mentoring, guiding, and leading trainees and interns
Responsibility for training and onboarding new employees, as well as conducting employee evaluations
Supervision and training of trainees during regular working hours
Participation in discussions and events at the trainee's learning locations
