In your position as a calculator for structural construction (m/f/d), you will independently handle the calculation of overall projects or individual trades within project calculations. You will carefully consider the current market situation, especially when analyzing and evaluating tender documents from private and public clients.
An essential part of your tasks is coordinating offers with the corresponding departments and other project participants. You will identify and evaluate optimization potentials in tenders and contribute to the creation of demanding and complex largescale projects.
From the acquisition phase to completion, you will accompany construction projects and their project teams. The development and evaluation of special proposals and additional claims for calculated projects are also part of your range of tasks.

Your qualifications:

You have studied civil engineering, are a technician, or have comparable professional experience as a calculator in the construction industry or in a similar position, such as construction manager, ideally with a focus on structural construction.
You are experienced with numbers and have a high affinity for analytical thinking and problemsolving. These skills are reflected in your work style, which is characterized by structure, independence, and creativity. Your cooperative behavior in a team completes your profile.
You have profound knowledge of MS Office and a tenderingawardingaccounting program (ideally RiB iTWO).
