Overview
An enthusiastic people-person who is team-minded, solution-orientated, and possess expert communication and social skills.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and checkin guests with a pleasant smile and superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.
  • Ensure all guests are registered prior to participating in mini golf and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
  • Process payment via room charge or credit card
  • Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at golf area.
  • Assist guests with all requests.
  • Responsible for courteous and efficient responses at all times.
  • Responsible for maintaining a secure environment by immediately reporting any accident or injuries to the department heads.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Skills

  • Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management processes.
  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10lbs without assistance.
  • Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
  • Requires a reliable and consistent sense of urgency when responding to guest requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Hospitality/Customer Service experience.
  • Hotel experience a plus.
  • Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capacity to maintain regular attendance in compliance with variable scheduling needs of the hotel.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of guest information.
