Course Hero is looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on and mission-driven Head of Product for all of Course 's product lines.
This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and business outcomes for the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
You will manage a product team of 15+ and report to and partner with the CEO of to directly influence the future of Course Hero.
This is a role that requires business acumen, strong user empathy, and an obsession with data to make big strategic bets coupled with tactical wins to reach the desired business outcomes.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to innovate and build solutions that help millions of students from around the world with their toughest academic challenges.
Lead and mentor an impactful and data driven product management team across growth and product
Create and foster diverse teams and an inclusive culture
Drive impact by owning and executing the strategy for growing distribution, improving customer retention, and up-leveling our overall product experience
Set objectives that empower product development teams to achieve key business results
Collaborate with Design and Marketing to build Course Hero's brand as the go-to learning platform for every course
Directly influence our corporate development strategy to identify potential opportunities to bolster Course Hero's growth and product innovation

This role is eligible for hire in the San Francisco Bay Area (US).In accordance with California law, the base salary for this role if filled within California is $241,000 - $434,000.
