    Job Title: Legal Assistant


    Position Summary    : Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Managing Attorney, assist with email correspondence, fielding calls, drafting documents. This role requires strong communication and computer skills

    Responsibilitie

    • s:Assist attorney in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contract
    • s.Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and maintaine
    • d.Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceeding
    • s.Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys and maintain their calendar
    • s.Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, photocopying, and filin
    • g.Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencie
    • s.Coordinate with other legal professionals, including paralegals and court personnel, as necessar
    • y.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standard

    • ns:Bachelor's, AA, or Paralegal Certificate preferr
