- Oversees the supervision & Implementation of all Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO)/Civil Rights Staff &programs within the EEO compliance Branch, including reviewing and approving timesheets and writing employeeevaluations.
- Coordinates the investigation & resolution of Civil Rights complaints, including sexual harassment, EEO,& Title VI.
- Testifies on behalf of the agency in depositions.
- Works with inter- agency offices includingOffice of Human Resource Management and Office of Legal Services.
- Edits and develops training for the agency. Coordinates Branch training activities including staffdevelopmental & professional training; Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Title IV, & EEO Supervisor Training.
- Prepares & Delivers Oral & Written Communications & Presentations on EEO Compliance Branch Operations.
- Reviews and summarizes staff reporting and provides statistical data for intra/inter agency for stateand federal projects and Performs Special Duties as Required. Holders of this job will obtain the following skills:
