We're seeking a Closing Agent/Branch Manager for our Frankfort office. This office does not have staff to supervise.JOB TITLE:
Branch Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
- Coordinating with our production team to ensure that loans are clear to close
- Communicating with real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers to answer questions and schedule closings
- Conducting real estate closings and ensuring all deed and mortgage documents are accurately processed
- Building strong relationships to drive business growth is a key aspect of this role
REQUIREMENTS:
COMPENSATION & HOURS:
- $41,600 to $52,000 per year. Salary based on experience
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Occasional events outside of business hours
