In this role, you will contribute significantly to the financial operations by managing collections, accounts receivable, and high-volume accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:
Collections:
Actively contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices, resolve payment issues, and negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely collections.
Accounts Receivable:
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including accurate invoicing, tracking, and receipt of payments, as well as reconciling client accounts.
Accounts Payable:
Efficiently manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions, including processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining precise records.
Communication:
Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service.
Other:
Complete pre-quals, process W9s, complete project pre-lims, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Controller
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction accounting roles, with a strong focus on collections, accounts receivable, and high-volume accounts payable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LCP Tracker (Labor Compliance Program) is a plus.
Detail and deadline-oriented

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
