- Program Management: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to Ad Product. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Product Roadmap and Impact: You will drive cross-cutting strategic initiatives and maintain a portfolio view of the roadmap, priorities, KPIsand mechanisms for the ad-supported business. This includes identifying issues that impede team success and providing solutions/recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Product team and other departments and stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness of product development processes, ensuring smooth coordination between various teams involved in the product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Act as a trusted advisor to the Ad Product team and provide guidance on operational matters.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for process and team improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, innovation, and quality within the ad-supported business.
- Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role supporting product management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
