In the
Service Division - Property Management and Services, we are currently seeking a position for a:


Real Estate Agent/Property Manager (m/f/d) for Property Management
to be filled immediately with the full contractual working hours (currently 38.5 hours/week) on an indefinite basis.


With your support, we want to shape our
Property Management Division, which is characterized by diverse business areas in new construction, project development, and real estate management, in a structured and future-oriented manner.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Commercial and technical management of rental properties and commercial units
  • Correspondence with owners and service providers
  • Organization and coordination of service providers and craftsmen
  • Processing of orders, invoice verification, and documentation
  • Handling of insurance claims
  • Internal data maintenance of rental and building data
  • Regular inventory inspections
  • Handover and return of rental units
  • Participation in project development

Profile/Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate agent) or a comparable education with additional qualifications in the real estate field
  • Preferably professional experience in the real estate industry
  • Proficient in all common MS Office programs
  • Very good German and
