For our services division at Märkische Gesundheitsholding GmbH&Co.
KG, we are looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Representative (m/f/d). The WIDI Wirtschaftsdienste Hellersen corporate group is THE system partner in the healthcare sector. Partners include clinics, nursing homes, and outpatient healthcare facilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • In your role, you will lead the WIDI HR department and support daily operations with your expertise (e.g. time tracking, payroll, and communication with statutory institutions)
  • You will support the local management in developing the HR department in coordination with the central HR department of the holding company, thus contributing to process optimization
  • You will be the point of contact for management and supervisors for all labor law and payrollrelated issues
  • Together with the departments, you will ensure optimal staffing in the area of employee recruitment
  • You will drive the establishment of a professional HR controlling/reporting system
  • Building a trusting relationship with employee representatives is also part of your responsibilities

Your profile:

  • Completed degree, ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable education in HR
  • Broad and uptodate HR expertise and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Indepth knowledge of labor and social security law
  • High reliability, structured, careful, and solutionoriented work style
  • Strong communication skills, "cando" mentality, flexibility, and openness to change
