For our renowned client in Nuremberg, we are looking for an
Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) - Finance Department.
We offer a permanent employment contract and the
option for a permanent position with our client.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of all invoices using DATEV
- Processing of incoming invoices and preparation for payment
- Creation of invoice lists and tracking of payments received
- Monitoring of approvals for timesheets / performance records
- Creation of performance records
- Clarification of billing questions
- Digitization of all documents for submission to the tax advisor
- Management of postage funds
- Support in back office tasks
- Ordering of office and consumable materials
- Creation of individual contracts
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Personnel Services Clerk (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), or similar
- Previous experience in the abovementioned tasks is desirable career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
- Independent and goaloriented work
