Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) - Finance Department

Location:
Heroldsberg, Erlangen-Höchstadt District

Employment Type(s): Full-time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

For our renowned client in Nuremberg, we are looking for an
Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) - Finance Department.

We offer a permanent employment contract and the
option for a permanent position with our client.


Responsibilities:

  • Creation of all invoices using DATEV
  • Processing of incoming invoices and preparation for payment
  • Creation of invoice lists and tracking of payments received
  • Monitoring of approvals for timesheets / performance records
  • Creation of performance records
  • Clarification of billing questions
  • Digitization of all documents for submission to the tax advisor
  • Management of postage funds
  • Support in back office tasks
  • Ordering of office and consumable materials
  • Creation of individual contracts

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Personnel Services Clerk (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), or similar
  • Previous experience in the abovementioned tasks is desirable career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
  • Independent and goaloriented work
