We are currently seeking a
Quality Management Specialist - Food Law (m/f/d) to join our strategic quality management department at our Woodbury, NY location.

Your responsibilities:

Research and monitor current developments in food law
Provide food law advice within our company, including for new product developments
Create and review food labeling
Maintain specifications
Calculate nutritional values, including health claims and Nutri-Score for our products

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in food science or related field
Ideally, you have previous work experience and a strong understanding of food law
You are known for your independent and reliable work style, as well as your communication and interpersonal skills
You value teamwork, but also take initiative and are flexible
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of French is a plus

Position details:
