We are looking for a motivated and friendly
full-time payroll accountant for a long-term position through direct placement.

This is a dynamic and internationally operating company in the food industry located in
Bremen, which combines top-quality taste of its products with sustainable cultivation of raw materials and transparent supply chains.

Your responsibilities as a payroll accountant will include:

Depending on your level of experience, you will be responsible for the ongoing payroll and salary administration of a diverse client base, either independently or with support.
You will be the point of contact for employees regarding all tax, social security, and payrollrelated questions.
With sufficient qualifications, you will handle correspondence with social security agencies and authorities, as well as manage certification processes.
Additionally, you will perform various supportive tasks in the backoffice, maintain employee master data, and regularly create HRrelated evaluations.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk or office management clerk, and have relevant work experience in human resources or payroll accounting.
You have good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law, and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
Your empathetic and dynamic personality, as well as your communication skills, make you a valuable addition to the team.
You have a proactive and structured work style, and prioritize discretion as a payroll accountant.
