We are currently seeking a full-time
Customer Project Service Representative for our
international client located in the heart of the Ruhr region in
Dortmund.

As a
commercial clerk, you will be responsible for project work and customer service.


What to expect:


  • Processing of orders and customer consultations in English and German
  • Handling of customerspecific planning
  • Receiving and clarifying customer inquiries and specifications
  • Initiating and managing sample orders and laboratory experiments
  • Arranging and monitoring material orders, etc.
  • Providing customer consultations
  • Receiving customer inquiries from both domestic and international clients
  • Advising on general customer inquiries and consulting with relevant departments

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training as an office clerk or industrial clerk
  • Previous experience in project work or customer service
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and German

What we offer:


  • Monthly gross salary of 3, ,200.00 EUR according to iGZDGB collective agreement
