    Responsibilities:
    Independently manage ongoing programs with key customers, Tier 1s, and OEMs.
    Gather and integrate project performance and progress information.
    Prepare detailed status reports which include: latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.
    Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.
    Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs and milestones.
    Self-prioritize and work efficiently through evolving project timelines and scopes, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
    Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of effectively interacting with technical staff.
    Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support projects of varying complexity concurrently.

    Required Skills:
    Minimum 5 years of program management experience
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Capable of listening and obtaining clarification, then adapting approach or method to best fit the situation.
    Strong organizational and planning skills.
    Creative problem solver.
    Natural leader in providing structure, prioritization and decisiveness.
    Persistent and persuasive towards results in an emphatic and pragmatic manner.

    Preferred Skills:
    Prior experience at a top consulting firm.
    Experience working at a start-up company.
    $145,000 - $250,000 a year

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
