**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR**
The Customer Service Administrator position is responsible for assisting clients with ordering office products, furniture, and special orders. This position will gain an in-depth knowledge in office products items and vendors to be able to properly assist customers and receive the best pricing. This is a full-time position out of our Portage office.
**Essential Duties &** **Responsibilities** **:**
Respond to client inquiries regarding office products, furniture, and special orders over phone or email.
Assist clients with ordering products over the phone, through email, and in person and accurately enter into ordering system (Red Falcon).
Ability to make product recommendations based on client purchases.
Process orders within the system to ensure they are placed with the vendor.
Communicate with multiple vendors to ensure products are purchased at best pricing.
Research vendors for special order items.
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to scheduled orders for delivery.
Review received orders and report any shortages, overages, or damage to the vendor.
Process returns by requesting RMAs from vendors and scheduling pick up of product from client locations.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Two-Year Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
Previous experience in a professional administrative role.
Basic accounting knowledge and strong math abilities.
Proficient computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Professional communications skills, both verbal and written.
Excel proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative role.
