Summary:
In this position, you will assist with specialized projects focused on further automating our day-to-day processes for Customer Service in The Americas.
Projects will include components of data entry, research, and operating within CRM applications.Responsibilities Include:
Regional Scope - Customer Service - The Americas (North America + Latin America)
Display strong business acumen and ability to take initiative and ownership of project needsSignificant experience in complex and ever-changing environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests/demands on timePrioritize workload depending on project needs for on-time completionPossess a sense of urgency when performing tasks; excellent organizational skillsCompletes other duties as assignedQualifications:
The following are required for the rolePursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related fieldQuick learner with a strong tech-savvy mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel + OutlookDesire to learn about + exposure to an Integrated Global Supply Chain and the Specialty Chemical industryAbility to handle multiple requests and demands on time, prioritize workload depending on the needs of the project for on-time completion
Program Requirements:
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, use hands to type, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and do extensive reading.
