    Financial Analyst - Temp

    Lennar is seeking a Financial Analyst who will report to the VP of Finance. In this role, the Financial Analyst adds value to the organization by evaluating and creating financial models for land acquisitions, reviewing and defining current processes and systems, detecting and prioritizing areas for development, and organizing the implementation of solutions to improve, grow and maintain the operations of Lennar.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reports for senior management
    • Track land acquisitions for the entire region
    • Consolidate and summarize information from HB divisions
    • Special Projects and ad hoc analysis as necessary
    • Support in the review and analysis of M&A opportunities as presented
    • Support Joint Venture Activities and Analysis
    • Prepare financial proforma analysis
    • Perform all other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Proficiency in Excel (especially regarding spreadsheet analysis), Word, PowerPoint; Access is a plus
    • Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly and independently
    • A willingness to step up and perform in a team setting; the candidate will be working with some of the most innovative members and projects at the company
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment, utilizing multi-tasking skills.
    • Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner
    • Ability to prepare presentation quality material
