- Must be willing to travel both locally and nationally upon request
- Must be organized and detail oriented to manage all aspects of the Opening and Post Opening Process including identifying & reporting training needs and best practices
- Communication is the backbone of the position. Serve as a liaison between centers and the Corporate office, troubleshoot problems, and improve overall communication to facilitate growth
- As part of a high performing team, formulate & execute action plans, provide internal updates on progress, and obtain & train on best business practices.
- Collect and maintain an active working knowledge of the key business metrics for the assigned region and use these metrics to analyze issues and opportunities that can be implemented within the franchise and the system as a whole
- Guide new Franchisees through the opening process, consulting in site selection, build out, staffing, training, local marketing, and operations. Serve as lead team member to provide onsite support and training during opening week
- Conduct field visits to analyze center performance and assess the overall knowledge/execution of the business model. Ability to review & analyze P&L with strong analytic skills. Institute action plans for improvement. Report on the results
- Execute Weekly/Monthly scheduled calls and/or in person meetings with franchisees to review the Key Performance Indicators and work cohesively with the center owners/management in the development of business and marketing action plans. Assist franchisee in identifying barriers affecting performance. Document summary of these meetings in a Communication Log. Obtain, distribute, and train on best business practices of the high-performing locations
- Execute Quarterly calls/and or in person meetings with franchisees to review center financials as it relates to models of profitability. Document summaries of these meetings in the communication log in Advantage. Formulate and execute action plans to help achieve maximum profitability in assigned regions
- Franchise Development is responsible for providing support to the franchisees through shared services. Collaboration and project management of the shared services is critical in this position.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of technology launches, provide onsite support as needed during initial launch and follow up visits; maintain current knowledge of technology standards and system best practices
- Demonstrate current knowledge of Compliance, Center Management, Marketing, Medical Guidelines, HIPPA, and Organizational Systems in an effort to provide the most current Program information to centers within assigned regions.
- Participate in internal meetings to remain current in the goals and objectives of Serotonin Enterprises LLC.
- Remain current about Serotonin Centers regionally specific competitors and provide suggestions on ways to develop and maintain a strong market presence
- Participate in cross-departmental strategic planning meetings to outline the goals and priorities for the next quarter
- Attend conferences, workshops, seminars, and classes to maintain knowledge of the changing technologies and developments in the anti-aging and medspa, information, and franchise industries
- Participate in the development and delivery of System Standards Training, Regional Trainings, National Conventions, Elearning, and on-site trainings
- Support the organizations protection of the Brand
- Provide ongoing support to centers to promote profitability and success
