- The APM works closely with the Project Manager on assigned projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome
- This role requires collaboration from multiple internal departments as well as direct interface with the customer and subcontractors
- Maintain all tracking logs up to date for accuracy and progress
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and procurement
- Track/review approved change order execution and cost of time and material
- Development and maintenance of site logistics plan, in coordination with the Project Manager
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
- Must have an Associates degree or higher education
- The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills
- Computer Applications Experience: Google Earth, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a valid drivers license
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
