To support the business operations and logistics at our Weiden location, we are looking for a Project and Area Manager for our business operations (m/f/d).

You are:

Completed training in hotel management or business administration
General university entrance qualification (Abitur) desirable
Several years of leadership and management experience in working with employees
Sound knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Proficient and confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in written and spoken English
Structured, goaloriented, and independent work style
Motivated and dedicated personality with a high level of reliability and discretion
Positive attitude and confident demeanor

You will be responsible for:

Independently carrying out differentiated organizational projects and leading change processes in the business operations department
Creating internal schedules, work instructions, and forecasts
Independently coordinating departmental areas
Implementing, monitoring, and controlling established standards in the business operations department with appropriate support
