Your Responsibilities:

You handle support requests from suppliers and customers
You maintain the knowledge database for suppliers and customers
You document improvement suggestions for the cloud platform
If necessary, you support our customers with onboarding to the cloud platform
If necessary, you research materials and countryspecific sustainability risks and prepare them

Your Profile:

Current studies in the field of economics or communication sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on sustainability topics
Ideally, first experience in customer communication or customer support
Enthusiasm for sustainability in all its facets and technical affinity or experience with digital tools
Independence, responsibility and a passion for learning in a rapidly developing field
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with a real team player mindset and the desire to learn and continuously develop
Very good German and English skills
