We are currently seeking communicative and tech-savvy Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for the customer support (inbound) of a leading telecommunications company in Flemington, WV.

You will be the first point of contact on the phone and provide friendly, competent, and solution-oriented assistance to customers with all inquiries related to internet/DSL.

Your responsibilities:

Solutionoriented customer consultation on the phone, database maintenance, ticket creation for complex issues
Ensuring and continuously optimizing excellent quality and service standards
Willingness to learn and develop through trainings and coaching sessions

Your qualifications:

Strong communication skills, empathy, and high service orientation
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Professional and friendly demeanor, with a careful work approach
Good PC and MS Office skills
