Your tasks

Implementation and further development of the HR compliance focus, as well as systematic analysis of risks and derivation of measures
Leadership, motivation, and professional development of a team
Support of national companies in ensuring HR compliance
Consulting of departments on the application of HR compliance guidelines and processes, as well as on issues related to HR compliance
Definition of standards, processes, and recommendations for action in the HR environment, taking into account labor law and personnel policy requirements

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on law, business administration, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, ideally in an internationally operating company
Experience in leading and developing employees
Interpersonal communication skills
