Your responsibilities:

Handling rental matters
Mediating between tenants and owners
Preparing annual statements and utility cost breakdowns
Monitoring rental payments
Managing maintenance reserves
Creating and optimizing the budget plan
Handling and monitoring maintenance matters
Holding an annual owners' meeting and managing community funds (for condominium managers)

Your skills and qualifications:

Compliance with the legal requirement of 20 hours of further education within three calendar years
Knowledge of property rental, rental and tax law, and for condominium managers, land registry and residential property law
Experience in bookkeeping and utility cost statements
Business acumen and good mathematical skills
Independence, responsibility, and reliability
Availability by phone and time flexibility
