    Your role

    We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:

    * as a Registered Client Service Associate, you'll play an important role in listening, understanding and responding to clients' needs

    .

    • enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
    * keep contact management systems up-to-date with client information
    * educate clients on account services and capabilities
    * help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
    * collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
    * organize logistics of team marketing events, develop and maintain team marketing materials

    provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

    Your expertise

    * ideally 3-5 years of client service experience
    * series 7 and 66 licensed required for Registered CSAs only
    * college degree is preferred focusing on business administration, economics or finance
    * proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
    * detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you)
    * good written and verbal communication skills
    * team player with good interpersonal skills
