    Job Title: Human Resources Director

    Manager: Chief Executive Officer

    Compensation: $150,000 - $160, % Annual Bonus, President's Club

    Benefits: Full Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 4 weeks PTO, PTO day on your birthday, Parental Leave, and a Monthly Flex Day

    Location: In-Office position in Stafford, TX (Radley Corporate Office)

    Overview: We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to join our company and make a difference in people's lives. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. By partnering with all stakeholders, we aim to create a dynamic atmosphere of trust, accountability, creativity, and fun.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Foster a positive work environment with a customer centric service model.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and retain top talent.
    • Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and implementing development plans.

    Employee Relations and Compliance:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Create positive synergy between stakeholders across all locations.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.

    Organizational Development:

    • Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Implement organizational development initiatives to improve team effectiveness and organizational performance.
    • Identify, research, and implement new technology to push the company forward.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
