- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem solving that inspires customer loyalty.
- Ensure all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and report key trends and issues from all communication channels and update information and responses based on those trends.
- Perform daily customer service-related tasks via phone, email, or other messaging systems with an emphasis on proactive outreach.
- Answer and log calls from customers, technicians, and management in internal, secure system
- Provide education and personalized customer service to answer any questions and keep customers on schedule for their appointments.
- Recommend products and services that align with customers needs, focusing on upselling premium options.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
- Perform collections calls on customer's past due accounts.
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring pest control services.
- Assist in monitoring daily technician schedules to ensure timely completion of services.
- Appropriately escalate inquiries or issues to management.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management.
- High School Diploma/GED, college degree in Business Administration preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.
- Must have experience with pest control, lawn care, or sprinkler systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Good aptitude for basic math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service
- Excellent customer service skills, experience working directly with end customers within a fast-moving and dynamic organization.
